Desired Qualifications:

Current RN license, valid in Illinois At least 2 years of recent CVOR experience required BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Excellent critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate cardiovascular surgical procedures, including open-heart surgeries Monitor patient status and anticipate needs throughout perioperative phases Utilize advanced equipment and technology in high-acuity cases Coordinate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict safety protocols
