Full-Time Nurses (RNs & LPNs) - Night Shifts Fairview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Du Quoin, IL Make Nights Matter at Fairview This Season As Fairview Rehabilitation & Healthcare continues to grow this season, we are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift team. Our 76-bed skilled nursing facility is known for its warm, homelike environment and strong sense of community where residents and staff are treated like family. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, supportive team where your clinical skills are valued and your impact is felt every shift. Compensation & Incentives NEW $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time (paid out over 1 year)

RN Pay:

$32.00 - $34.00/hour

LPN Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00/hour

Experience Pay:

+$0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)

Night Shift Differential:

+$3.00/hour

Weekend Differential:

+$2.00/hour

Schedules Available Full-Time Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00

AM Part-Time Night Shift:
