Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care in a stepdown (progressive care) setting Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals Act as charge/precept nurse as assigned Document care and update patient records accurately using EPIC Support positive outcomes through evidence-based practice
