Ambulatory Nurse

Job Description

Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans, and supporting clinical staff in daily patient management. The RN assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensures adherence to clinical protocols, and documents assessments and treatments in compliance with standards. Additionally, the role includes patient education, using effective communication tools to enhance understanding and health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with primary care and specialty providers to optimize patient care and wellness. Evaluate and address patients' comprehensive needs through critical nursing skills. Follow clinical protocols and documentation standards. Educate and support patients and families, assessing their ability to receive information. Support a safe working environment, maintaining alertness and safety awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. RN licensure with BLS certification. 2-5 years of relevant healthcare experience; 5-10 years preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
Additional Information:
