This position is ideal for an aesthetic professional who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best while delivering exceptional clinical care and a luxury patient experience. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will provide personalized consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and perform a variety of aesthetic and wellness services. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, attentive to detail, committed to natural-looking results, and able to build strong, lasting relationships with patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and anatomy. Administer neurotoxins, including Botox® and Dysport®, with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, dosing, and injection techniques. Perform dermal filler treatments and other advanced aesthetic injectable services. Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatments, including appropriate follow-up and patient education. Perform wellness services, including IV therapy and vitamin injections, as trained and within scope of practice. Support and educate medical weight-loss patients throughout their treatment journey, including administration of GLP-1 medications and vitamin injections. Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation, treatment notes, and photographs. Educate patients on appropriate skincare, treatment plans, maintenance schedules, and complementary services. Build strong patient relationships that encourage trust, retention, and long-term treatment planning. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment while adhering to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with the medical and front-office teams to provide a seamless, elevated patient experience. Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry trends through continued education and training. Qualifications & Experience Current Illinois RN or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing. Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or similar setting —

Demonstrated experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and exceptional treatment outcomes. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
