+ Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols

+ Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes

+ Coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well-coordinated patient care

Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days)of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.

+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
