Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active RN license (unencumbered) Minimum of 1 year recent Medical-Surgical (MS) experience BLS certification (required) Excellent assessment, documentation, and patient care skills Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and EHR systems Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on post-hospital care, procedures, and diagnoses Accurately document all aspects of care in the electronic medical record Support a positive, safe, and patient-centered environment
