As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests. Role:

Identify, report, and investigate possible infections and outbreaks Develop and implement strategies to prevent and control infections Collaborate with the infection prevention team to ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures Provide education and training to guests, families, and staff on infection prevention strategies Monitor and document infection control activities, including tracking and reporting infections and outbreaks Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote a culture of safety and excellence

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to guests with varying levels of acuity and complexity Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote positive outcomes Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Communicate effectively with guests, families, and healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and outcomes Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
