Evercare at Stearns is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team! As a Registered Nurse with Evercare at Stearns, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatments Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
Minimum experience: 1 years (new graduates welcome to apply!)
License/Certification:
Current RN licensure in the
