Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff. Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
