What You Will Do:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical foundation and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing services in a juvenile corrections environment. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and supporting critical care needs to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate patient vital signs and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
• Educate the youth and their families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
• Follow infection control protocols to promote a safe and clean healthcare environment.

Pay:

$38.85 - $48.77 per hour
