We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing services in a juvenile corrections environment. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and supporting critical care needs to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders while maintaining strict safety standards.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate patient vital signs and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
- Educate the youth and their families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
- Follow infection control protocols to promote a safe and clean healthcare environment.
