Clinical Nurse (RN) Flexible Schedule | Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity at our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents and collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Our environment emphasizes consistency, clinical support, and resident-centered care.

Compensation:

$40.00 - $46.44 per hour The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Final rate is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately Administer medications and treatments Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership to ensure quality outcomes Support a positive and professional care environment

What We're Looking For:

Active Illinois RN license (required) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a focus on resident wellbeing
