Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of Illinois or eligible for compact licensure Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting BLS certification (required); ACLS (preferred) Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Ability to adapt easily to new systems and protocols
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med-Surg patients, monitoring condition and reporting changes Contribute to care planning, interdisciplinary teamwork, and patient/family education Administer medications, manage IVs, and document in the EMR system Uphold infection control, patient safety, and clinical best practices
