Wound Nurse:
Assess complex wounds upon admission and throughout treatment Clean and dress wounds to promote healing and prevent infection Develop and implement wound treatment plans Monitor wound healing progress and communicate changes with the care team Educate residents and caregivers on wound care and prevention techniques Complete accurate documentation for patient records and insurance purposes Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect
