Responsibilities:

Assess the needs of each patient ranging from adolescent to geriatric and plan the nursing care necessary to meet those needs Implement the interdisciplinary plan of care through personal performance or delegation to subordinate personnel Detect and collect comprehensive data and identify patterns pertinent to the patient's health and unique situation Develop a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes, based on the patient's individualized situation and anticipated needs Evaluate progress toward effective attainment of patient, family, and community goals Mentor others in all aspects of nursing practice

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred. Current Illinois RN license CPR certification required
