THIS POSITION IS PAY PER VIST.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or other healthcare facilities. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse. Experience in areas such as ER, hospital, nursing homes, hospice, home health, etc. Proficient in specimen collection processing and neonatal ventilator management. Skilled in administering injections and other medical procedures. Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines. Experience with home health and hospice is a plus.
