Qualifications and Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license (state of IL or compact state, as applicable) Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN a plus Proficient in critical care monitoring, ventilator management, and emergency interventions Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adults in the ICU Collaborate with physicians and colleagues on comprehensive care planning Administer medications, manage IVs, monitor drips, and assist with bedside procedures Accurately document patient status and interventions in medical records Educate patients and families on health status, care plans, and next steps
