Your Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents based on their health needs. Administer Medications & Treatments
  • Provide medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Collaborate with Healthcare Team
  • Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care. Monitor Patient Health
  • Record and monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status. Provide Education
  • Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management. Maintain Accurate Records
  • Document patient care, treatments, and any changes in condition according to facility policies. Respond to Medical Emergencies
  • Handle any medical emergencies promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN License
  • Must be active and in good standing.
CPR & ACLS
Certification. Strong Clinical Assessment & Critical Thinking Skills. Compassionate, Patient-Focused Care. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
