Manageable Caseload:

3-4 patient assignments, which may include admits/discharges, per 12-hour shift

Flexible Schedule:

Includes alternating weekends Competitive Hourly Pay What You'll Do Deliver acute, hospital-level care in patients' homes Perform skilled clinical tasks (IV starts, phlebotomy, medication administration) Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring escalation Collaborate with a virtual and in-person interdisciplinary team Use evidence-based practice to ensure safe, patient-centered care Coordinate discharge planning and ongoing care needs Promote a culture of safety and high-quality outcomes

What We're Looking For:
