Duties Administer intravenous (IV) infusions, medications, and therapies accurately according to physician orders and established protocols Monitor patient responses during and after infusion treatments, adjusting care as needed to ensure safety and comfort Maintain comprehensive medical documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on infusion procedures, potential side effects, and post-treatment care to promote understanding and cooperation Conduct routine assessments of patient vital signs, physiology status, and overall condition throughout treatment sessions Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans based on medical records and patient needs Ensure all medical supplies, equipment, and infusion devices are properly sterilized, maintained, and ready for use in accordance with health regulation policies Requirements Valid nursing license with current registration in the relevant state or region Proven experience in acute care settings or specialized infusion therapy environments Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to infusion procedures Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid are required; additional certifications in infusion therapy are a plus Familiarity with health regulation policies such as HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality and data security Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism Nursing leadership experience is preferred for those interested in mentoring or supervising team members Join us to make a meaningful difference by delivering expert infusion care with energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
