Essential Qualifications:

Active RN license, eligible for Illinois practice Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery Circulate and/or scrub in various CVOR procedures Maintain and monitor sterile field and instrumentation Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists Document pre-, intra-, and post-operative care accurately Support patient safety, comfort, and positive surgical outcomes
