Essential Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year Telemetry nursing experience (recent, within the last 12-18 months preferred) Proficiency interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to emergencies Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication and assessment skills Adaptable and collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond swiftly to arrhythmias Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans and progress Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
