As a key member of the healthcare team, you will deliver comprehensive patient assessments and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in patient care. Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, comfort, and dignity for our residents. About the Job Travel or local contract available (if travel ask about rates) Weekly Schedule is M-F 5x8's with a weekend rotation Overtime available if wanted Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments. Manage complex care plans for residents with chronic conditions. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor residents' responses to treatments and adjust nursing interventions accordingly to optimize health outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately adhering to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification required. Experience using Point Click Care is bonus
