Qualifications:
Valid and current RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) setting BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and document findings accurately Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal care and discharge planning Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and wellness
