This role is ideal for a highly skilled Registered Nurse who can work independently, manage occupational injury and illness cases, provide emergency response support, and partner closely with HR, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), leadership teams, and external medical providers. This is a second-shift, onsite position supporting employees in both a clinic and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage occupational and non-occupational injury and illness cases. Perform employee triage, assessment, treatment, and documentation. Respond to and assist with onsite medical emergencies. Conduct OSHA-mandated medical surveillance exams. Perform drug and alcohol screenings and fit-for-duty evaluations. Support post-offer/new hire medical screenings. Coordinate injury follow-ups, return-to-work processes, and disability case management. Maintain accurate medical records and workplace health documentation. Partner with HR, Labor Relations, EH&S, facility leadership, and external healthcare providers. Support employee wellness initiatives and health education programs. Ensure clinic readiness, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Active CPR Certification. 3-5 years of nursing experience in: Occupational Health Acute Care Emergency Care Industrial/Manufacturing Health Services Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
