Seeking a Certified School Nurse (CSN) or CSN student eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic elementary school environment. This contract position runs through the entire school-year calendar, based at a vibrant and supportive elementary campus. You'll play a crucial role in managing the health office, providing direct health support to students, and actively engaging in health-related aspects of IEP and 504 planning. The day runs from 8:25 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., offering a set schedule with in-person interviews required.

Key Qualifications:

Current BSN with Professional Educator License (PEL) and Certified School Nurse endorsement (CSN) or current enrollment in a CSN certification program (must be more than RN, LPN, or CNA credentials). Prior experience as a CSN strongly preferred. Comfort with electronic health record documentation and managing health components of IEPs and 504 Plans. Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive school administrative team. Flexibility and a strong sense of teamwork; willingness to assist students with personal care needs when necessary. Consistent attendance and dedication to completing the contract through the end of the school year.
