Ortho/Spine Unit Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care. Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (Associate Degree acceptable with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years) Current Illinois RN license CPR certification from

American Heart Association or Red Cross Skills:

Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork, adaptability to shift requirements.
