Schedule/Hours:

Four 10-hour shifts per week: choose between 6:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-7:30pm Rotational call required

Qualifications:

Valid RN license with current credentials Significant experience circulating in the OR Direct experience with robotics and neuro surgery a must Strong critical thinking and efficient communication skills Dedicated to patient safety and high-quality care Ability to excel in fast-paced, detail-oriented settings Candidate must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate during advanced surgical procedures, including robotic and neuro cases Ensure strict adherence to patient safety protocols and compliance standards Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, surgical techs, and anesthesia providers Maintain sterile fields and manage surgical instruments and equipment Support patients and their families during pre- and post-operative phases
