MDS Coordinator Duties:

Complete care plan and resident care information sheet with new resident admissions Complete assigned assessments, sections of the MDS, and CAA summaries with new resident admissions, quarterly, upon significant changes, and annually Complete discharge and re-entry assessments Review and update care plan and resident care plan information sheet quarterly and as needed Keep and monitor RUGs worksheet for all residents on Medicare Schedule and complete all Medicare MDS Participate in Medicare meeting Monitor and complete all corrections on
