Key Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program Current Board Certification via AANP or ANCC Valid CPR certification (BLS) At least 6 months of NP experience preferred, though not required Earn $80-$90 per evaluation, with a mileage stipend and administrative time included, recognizing your expertise and commitment.
