Collaborate with administrative leaders to align nursing initiatives with organizational goals and instructional leadership in healthcare settings. Establish policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols that uphold safety standards and best practices in patient care. Provide expert guidance on organizational budget management related to nursing services while optimizing resource utilization. Drive organizational change initiatives aimed at elevating clinical practices and operational efficiency. Promote a culture of excellence through effective team management, leadership development, and staff supervision. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or school experience combined with extensive management in healthcare or nursing environments. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership within complex settings. Demonstrated expertise in personnel management in education or healthcare sectors with a focus on team leadership and staff supervision. Knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs or nursing education standards. Extensive experience in instructional leadership in education or academic leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Exceptional skills in leadership, team management, and organizational development at an executive level. Familiarity with university experience or higher education environments related to health sciences or nursing programs is highly desirable.
