Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in delivering hands-on nursing and personal care to residents, while leading and supporting nursing assistants in their daily tasks. You'll ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for everyone in our facility—making a difference every single day.
Essential Duties:
Monitoring residents' condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care. Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician. Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures. Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

Qualifications:
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course. Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
