GED Full Job Description Nature of Duties:
Serve as the key contact for patients and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include quality assessment, care management, caller registration, physician referrals, office support, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma. RN license in IL BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum 2 years of RN experience or 1 year as cardiology RN. Full-time position with flexible schedule; general daytime hours with occasional evenings.
Specific Duties:
Handle high-volume calls, triage patients, and document patient concerns in EMR. Communicate issues to physicians/providers. Maintain accurate patient records (medication list, allergies, chart notes) in EMR. Respond to phone calls (e.g., pharmacy refills, home health agencies). Provide patient and family education as needed. Schedule appointments, eRefills, and manage office support tasks. Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
Pay starting at $‎34.3750. Pay will commensurate with experience
