Direct Hire with School District We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time school nurse position in Waukegan, IL! This is a great opportunity for a compassionate nursing professional who enjoys working with students and supporting their health and well-being in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day. Assess student health needs and respond to illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. Administer medications and treatments as needed. Maintain accurate student health records and documentation. Communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs. Help maintain a safe and healthy school environment.

Qualifications:

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required. School nursing experience preferred but not required. Pediatric or other relevant nursing experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills. A passion for supporting student health and well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a direct-hire opportunity with the school district. Salary and benefits will be discussed directly with the district during the interview process.
