May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

The RN Staff Nurse - New Grad is a clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care to the acutely ill patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Qualifications Required:

Excellent customer service skills. Associate Degreed RNs must enroll in an accredited Bachelors of Science (BSN) Completion Program within 30 days of your employment. You will have two years from the program start date to complete your degree. Tuition reimbursement eligible. State of Illinois RN License. AHA BLS certification. New grad and non-experienced nurses have 6 months from hire to obtain NRP certification. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50lbs.
