RN Weekend Warrior Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provides high-quality nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering and recording medications and treatments, preparing for diagnostic procedures, and reinforcing health care instructions to patients and their families. Collaborates with other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and patient activities, ensuring a seamless delivery of care. Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), and records patient responses to nursing care rendered. Maintains a safe and comfortable environment for patients, and assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of the unit as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

1 year of RN experience preferred RN licensure required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
