Role:

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments as needed Assist Physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition of care Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure (Required)

RN Experience :

1 year preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Familiarity with electronic medical records and medical terminology
