Qualifications:

Current, active Indiana RN licensure required Experience or comfort working in a school environment, especially high school age preferred Strong communication and organization skills Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and respond to dynamic situations Commitment to upholding health and safety standards for students What you'll do: Deliver direct nursing care and triage for high school-aged students Administer medications, monitor chronic health conditions, and respond to emergencies Provide health education to students, staff, and families Maintain accurate records of services provided and student health information Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to support student well-being Uphold school and state regulations regarding health practices and documentation This position offers a schedule of 28.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, fitting well for those seeking daytime hours during the school year. Compensation for this contract assignment falls within $38 to $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
