Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

What You'll Do As a Weekend Clinical RN, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a clinical leader during your shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering compassionate nursing care that promotes residents' health, dignity, and independence
Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition
Coordinating and overseeing individualized care plans
Collaborating with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and families to ensure exceptional care
Supporting and mentoring team members while fostering a positive work environment
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones What We're Looking For Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous nursing experience preferred
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Day Shift:
6:30 AM•7:00 PM
Every Saturday and Sunday
Six-month weekend commitment
Receive four weekends (8 weekend shifts) off each year
