Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Family Nurse Practitioner - Out-Patient Clinic Setting—Loan Repayment Eligible (5/8s or 4/10s schedule)—Gary, IN We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The Provider would be working a 4/10s or 5/8s schedule in East Chicago, IN. The Provider would manage an estimated 20-23 patients per day and provide routine primary care services for pediatric patients. The Provider would see patients with minor Illnesses and injuries including; colds, flu, physical exams, and wellness check-ups and immunizations. The PNP would enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000-$130,000 (Depending Upon Experience), plus incentive bonus program with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 401K with matching contribution, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week paid CME and CME, 11 paid holidays. Allowance of $2,000, as well as loan repayment program through the NHSC ($25,000 per year paid to the providers student loans—minimum of $50,000 for a two-year commitment or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% of loan debt forgiveness.
