This role focuses on building relationships, identifying member needs, and recommending appropriate credit union products and services. Key Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions Provide professional, confidential member service Engage members in solutions-based conversations about financial products Resolve member concerns courteously and efficiently Perform follow-up calls after new account openings Adhere to all security procedures and regulatory requirements (Reg CC, BSA, OFAC, SAR, CTR, Reg D, Red Flags) Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balancing standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months' retail sales and/or cash handling experience (financial institution experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills Benefits Union position Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA with company contribution 401(k) with company match Pension plan 12 paid holidays PTO and vacation time Growth and advancement opportunities Additional voluntary and ancillary benefits
