Job Description

Advance your career as a Nurse Practitioner supporting the well-being of Medicare Advantage members in Ripley County, IN. This per diem opportunity allows you to create your own schedule, offering true flexibility with shifts available any day of the week.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts Monday through Sunday Self-schedulingchoose when you work Minimum hourly commitment required weekly or bi-weekly You will conduct home health risk assessments throughout Ripley County, including Batesville, Versailles, and Osgood. These visits, averaging about 45 minutes each, are performed in members' homes and may include annual health assessments or post-discharge follow-up to ensure ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members Review and evaluate members' prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medications Educate patients about their health conditions and prescribed treatments Identify gaps in care and recommend actionable solutions No requirement to prescribe medications or create treatment plans
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in IN CPR certification (BLS) required Board Certification through AANP or ANCC At least 6 months of current experience as an NP (preferred) MSN degree from an accredited nursing school This role offers compensation of $80-$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
