Job Description
Job Summary:
Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers, and provides emergency services as required.Education:
Masters degree in social work (MSW) required.License & Cert:
Must hold an active LSW or temporary LSW license in the state of Indiana.CPR required within 30 days of employment.
