Duties & Responsibilities:
- + Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
+ Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
+ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
+ Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
+ Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
+ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
+ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
+ Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- + Current, valid, and unrestrictedIN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
+ Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as aRN
+ Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, Quanti
