A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Job Overview:

Day to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Services provided by the RN include; supervising care delivered, coordinating plans of care, and providing education for patients/families. Responsible for collaboration, professional practice evaluation, education, and documentation involving patients, staff, and providers. Must demonstrate leadership, professionalism, business acumen, and fiscal responsibility. Involved in workforce management and engagement. Oversees hiring and unit-based orientation along with scheduling and education requirements.

Required Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
Preferred Certification/Licenses/Experience:
  • BSN (Required to obtain BSN per BSN policy)
