Desired Skills & Experience:

Current and valid RN license Minimum of one year of Operating Room (OR) experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure safe and effective patient care Experience with perioperative nursing standards and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during surgical procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the operating room Scrub and circulate as needed, anticipating the needs of surgeons and the surgical team Maintain a safe and sterile environment at all times Document surgical procedures and patient interactions in electronic health records Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals
