WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Practice Hours:
Monday
  • Friday, 8 am
  • 5 pm On Call Rotation Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree
  • Nursing/Patient Care
  • Required Bachelor's Degree
  • Nursing/Patient Care
  • Preferred Registered Nurse (RN
  • State Licensing Board
  • Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS)
  • American Heart Association
  • Required 1 Year
  • Nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting Experience
  • Required 2 Years
  • Nursing Experience
  • Preferred
