As a Lead Nurse, you are r esponsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, implementing, and managing certain aspects of the nursing department under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment in good standing Minimum of 2 years related nursing practice Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to travel locally as needed. Preferred Registered Nurse in good standing Two (2) years of leadership experience
Responsibilities:
Assist the DON with orientation, annual training curriculum and other team education. Attend the weekly treatment team. Under DON's direction, help develop the schedule for the nursing team to ensure all shifts are covered. Provide coverage when necessary. Provide oversight of inventory, ordering, and receiving medical supplies. Maintain compliance with regulations governing alcohol and other drug entities of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations under the direction of the DON. Participate in nursing training and policy compliance. Complete all training in a timely manner Work with leadership team on state and CARF readiness/surveys and preparation under the direction of the DON. Ensure the treatment plan of the provider or medical director is being followed. Other duties as assigned. Join our team. Join our mission.
