A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. Job Description Join a team where your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassion make an immediate impact on patient recovery. As a PACU RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and smooth transition through the post-operative phase. What You'll Do Assess, monitor, and care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery. Coordinate and manage individualized plans of care. Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate and support patients and families throughout the recovery process. Utilize sound clinical judgment to promote patient safety and positive outcomes. Supervise and delegate care as appropriate. Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state. Preferred BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
