Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Flexibility to adapt to various teams and facility protocols

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with urgent medical needs Triage, assess, and monitor patient status, prioritizing care in a fast-paced environment Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as required Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practice standards Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
